Advocate (06/16/92) No. 605, P. 27
A clean needle-exchange program and a school condom distribution program
that were adopted as part of an AIDS prevention campaign in Washington
state infringe upon many state and federal laws, said former state
supreme court judge William C. Goodloe in a class-action lawsuit filed
May 13. The lawsuit calls for $1,000 to $2,000 in damages to be paid to
"all traditional families in Washington State."
