New York Times (12.05.11) - Tuesday, December 20, 2011

The Atlanta-based Coca-Cola Co. is joining (Product) Red, which supports the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. The company signed on to an initial commitment of more than $5 million in the next four years; at least $3 million will be given directly to the Global Fund to purchase antiretrovirals and distribute prevention information. The agreement complements efforts by Coca-Cola and the Global Fund that are already underway in Africa.
