(Pinksheets: MSITF) is pleased to announce that it has begun shipping the VScan rapid test kits for HIV and TB into several countries in South America to begin regulatory testing. The Company expects to have the initial testing completed and sign distributorship agreements by the end of the first week in October, 2003.

One of the countries of particular interest is Peru where there is a significant demand for both the VScan HIV and TB rapid test kits. Part of the demand has been generated by recent legislation that has made it mandatory to be tested for HIV before obtaining a marriage certificate.
