The University of South Florida will install condom vending machines at its Tampa campus, school officials said. State officials applAUded the move, which is intended to encourage condom use to prevent the spread of AIDS. The machines will be the first on any of Florida's nine state university campuses. St. Petersburg Junior College last year became the first state-supported institution to install condom machines.
