OHIO: NE Ohio School District Confirms Student Has TB




 

Associated Press (04.01.12) - Monday, April 02, 2012

A student at Lorain High School has tested positive for TB, Tim Williams, the school board's president, told the local Morning Journal newspaper. A recorded message at the Lorain County TB Clinic indicated that students and staff would be offered TB testing on Monday. A letter from the district notified parents about the situation on Friday. The clinic described the case as an active TB infection.
