The Washington, D.C.,-based Human Rights Campaign Fund is in support of independent presidential candidate H. Ross Perot for his comments regarding AIDS issues in the New York Times. Perot, who has contributed over $20 million to Dallas AIDS research facilities. He said, if elected, he will "go day and night" to ensure that national AIDS research funding is increased.
