Most US Voters Favor Needle Exchange Programs For AIDS

New research from the Kaiser Family Foundation reveals that 55 percent of 1,000 voters surveyed were either in strong favor or "somewhat in favor" of needle-exchange programs to prevent the spread of HIV. Some 38 percent of the respondents reported that they "somewhat oppose" or "strongly oppose" the programs.
