FLORIDA: Gallo to Discuss HIV Research at Museum of Science and Industry Lecture

Dr. Robert Gallo, the co-discoverer of HIV, will discuss his pioneering work in AIDS research Wednesday at Tampa's Museum of Science and Industry. University of South Florida Health, Florida Hospital Tampa Bay, and MOSI are sponsoring the lecture. A professor of microbiology and immunology, Gallo is currently director of the Institute of Human Virology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. The event will be held in the IMAX Dome Theatre, 4801 East Fowler Ave. in Tampa.
