Plain Dealer (Cleveland, OH) (01.31.12) - Thursday, February

The Cuyahoga County Board of Health provides all vaccines recommended by CDC and its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices - including hepatitis A and B, HPV, chickenpox, flu, measles, mumps, and rubella - to children and youths through age 18. The administrative fee of $12 per vaccine is payable by cash or check; however, no one is turned away due to inability to pay, and the program is not restricted to Cuyahoga County residents. In addition to its main office in Parma, the health board's locations in Lakewood, Lyndhurst, and Westlake also stock the vaccines. For more information and to schedule appointments, telephone 216-201-2041.
