Aids Weekly PlusMoro, a 14-year-old girl living in Uganda, has created the HIV/AIDS education project “Advice for Change,” which primarily targets youth living in slums. Moro, who is a student at Kairos High School in Bukasa and lives in Acholi Quarters near Kampala, says that she started the project to promote awareness about HIV/AIDS, and to educate individuals about prevention and how to get medication once they are infected. She notes that her focus at present is young people aged 13 to 15, but that she looks forward to working with adults in the coming year.
