PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Prosecutors say a Portland man accused of sexually abusing a child may have exposed the child to HIV.
Multnomah County detectives arrested 38-year-old Jason Dunn on Monday afternoon at his apartment.
KOIN reports (http://bit.ly/10q3Q50) the district attorney's office charged him with sex abuse and recklessly endangering another human.
When he was questioned, Dunn denied any inappropriate touching and said the child was lying.
A court appointed attorney entered a not guilty plea for Dunn at Tuesday's arraignment.
