Beginning July 26 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., the Moab Free Health Clinic (MFHC) in Utah will partner with the state’s Department of Health to offer free and confidential HIV/STD testing. The two-day rapid testing event will continue on July 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the clinic facility located at 350 South 400 East in Moab. Clinic officials said they would accept donations, but would not require them. MFHC will highlight their new prevention services through the HIV/STD testing event. The clinic soon will offer HIV, hepatitis C, gonorrhea, and chlamydia testing to individuals 14 and older on a regular basis. For more information, contact the clinic at (435) 259–1113 or visit the clinic Web site at www.moabfreehealthclinic.org.
