Southwest Utah Public Health Department officials are working to contact customers who ate at Ancestor Square Pizza Factory in St. George, Utah, on July 19, 20, 23, 26 and 27, after learning that a restaurant employee tested positive for hepatitis A. Officials said that customers who ate at the restaurant in the evening on those dates might have been exposed to the virus and should contact their healthcare provider for preventative treatment. Authorities said that no other Pizza Factory restaurants were affected, and individuals who visited the St. George restaurant on other days at different times did not need preventative treatment.
