in Braamfontein to launch two projects to fight HIV/Aids in South
The "Your Finest Hour" project brings the music and business
world together in the fight against HIV/Aids by having people
donate one hour of their salaries, Branson said.
Also launched was the Women On the Move project, a joint
initiative between Love Life, the South African Life College and
Cida, designed to get young women to take charge of their
This is in the light of the fact that women are four out of every
five of those aged between 15 and 24 and infected with HIV
An ambassador for the project, United Kingdom hip-hop artist
Estelle Swaray, said to the hundreds of young women in
attendance: "Don't let anyone tell you you can't be anyone you
want to be."
