Is it possible to get infected by someone biting my lips hard enough to make them bleed while kissing me?

No, this does not seem like a plausible transmsision scenario.
But if you are concerned, then remember that an HIV test is the best way to find out for sure! A negative test at 12 weeks is the most affirming thing you can do.
Please read the enclosed CDC guidelines on transmsision, http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources/factsheets/transmission.htm071008
