If a person has sex with someone who has full blown AIDS will the uninfected person get full blown AIDS or will he become HIV positive?

Thanks for your question. The exposure to HIV will result in early infection and depending of many factors the newly infected person may progress to AIDS eventually. In short, the transmission of HIV infection from a person with full blown AIDS does not result in full blown AIDS.
