ISSUE: Community Based Organizations (CBO) are required to evaluate the effectiveness of their programs, however many have difficulty integrating outcome evaluation practices into their existing daily routines.

KEY POINTS: This roundtable will introduce various strategies and tools CBO's can use to effectively integrate outcome evaluation into their existing programs. Participants will discuss any obstacles and or "best practices" they have encountered with outcome evaluation and share their experiences. Additionally, tools and practices used in the state of Texas will be shared with participants.

IMPLICATIONS: Community Based Organizations will understand the importance of outcome evaluation and learn new innovative strategies for integrating outcome evaluation into their daily routines. This workshop will reinforce the need for integrating outcome evaluation during the formative stages of program implementation and also offer strategies for integrating once the program has already begun.
