An HIV-positive patient's personal account of the ongoing considerations on whether or not to begin antiviral medications.

The presenter will discuss trends in his CD4 and viral load test results, and changes in antiretroviral therapy guidelines over the 15 years since receiving positive HIV antibody test results, as they relate to a personal decision not to begin HIV antiviral therapy.
