This special session panel discussion and presentation will present the models of care currently being used in various developed nations. Primary care physicains from France, England, and Japan will describe their models of care followed by discussion surrounding the medical, scientific, cultural, political, and ethical constraints to the provision of care to persons living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA).
