Introduction The Cote d'Ivoire is the country more touched in Africa sub-Saharan. 80% of the rural population are illiterate, does not control it technical of information audio-visual. The teachers of their function of teacher, should help the population to be informs are touched. Two teachers die per school weel according to the epidemiological report/ratio of the PNLS. All these reasons allowed us to adopt this strategy which is to imply the transfer ones and singers traditional in our campaigns of prevention and sensitising within the population on the IST/VIH-SIDA.

METHOD: Use of transfer and singers in the diffusion or information in vernacular language spoken by all through the songs and tales on the IST/VIH-SIDA in 15 villages in two sessions per village. RESULT: Motivation of 30 transfer and singers traditional on the IST/VIH-SIDA. 7500 people (adult, women young, children) were sensitised on the affection of the VIH/SIDA. 85% of the populations sentized use the condoms and require with each consultation, the syringes of single use. This allowed a considerable fall of mortality within the population.

CONCLUSION: Apart from media information like intellectuals and of all, the contribution of transfer in languages vernacular is very significant in our habits, to overcome prejudged VIH/SIDA and to consider the changes of behaviour of the population. Thanks to this study, the Ministry for the fight against the AIDS decided to deepen to deepen the implication as of the these transfer ones and singers traditional in the days to come.
