The specific vulnerability of young shortly and totally sighted women shown in the program "Sexuality, our biggest sense" directed to young women with visual disability fosters the risk reduction of STI, HIV-AIDS and non planned pregnancies. So, the need to implement a unique strategy for them emerges so as to promote sexual health in a more effective way. This group of women faces 3 types of discrimination: gender, age and disability in this patriarchal, adult centered society and with no respect to diversity. The vulnerability conditions for sexual health in this group are increased because of the great tendency to decide on behalf of them in any aspect of their life mainly regarding to their body and sexuality. They are discriminated and restricted in their spaces regarding decision making processes and exposed systematically to situations of violence. Therefore, having fewer opportunities for their personal and professional growth they are more exposed to STIs, HIV/AIDS, non planned pregnancies and sexual violence. Despite the new paradigm towards people with disabilities that runs contrary to consider them as subject with rights, we still have clear forms of discrimination that show all what needs to be done. That is why it is necessary to implement a program directed to them (ages 14 to 20) to favor empowerment in sexual health; based in a communitarian participation diagnosis allowing reflecting them in the project. To promote sexual health in this group is necessary to implement permanent programs and strategies in order to facilitate their own empowerment giving an emphasis in a pleasurable, responsible and assertive exercise of their sexuality. It is precise to start from specific needs from each of them to reach them in a particular way as best as possible. It is needed to create documents to spread work experience carried out in sexual health in visual disabled women to increase the answer to the vulnerability they live exercising their sexuality.
