BACKGROUND: We worked five years ago with young peoples about sexual transmission diseases (STD) and AIDS. With this project, we had the opportunity of join sports and health through the play the different sports (football, basketball, volleyball, etc.). The slogan was "We don't play with AIDS". OBJECTIVES: 1) Inform about STD and AIDS to adolescents. 2) Make a consciousness in adolescents about STD and AIDS. 3) Use the teachers for a way to prevention about AIDS and STD. 4) Give an alternative for join sports with health.

METHODS: The members of Municipal Program for AIDS Prevention (PREVENSIDA) trained to the gym teachers of the first grades of High School about STD and AIDS. After, the teachers trained theirs students of 5? and 6? grade of all publics High School of Venado Tuerto. The didactics materials, slides, texts and others were distributes by PREVENSIDA. Discussion: We believe that through this project we did can reach about 4000 adolescents of 11 and 13 years old of different social class with message about prevention diseases. During all day students did make banners with slogans about AIDS prevention. Exceed our expectative because the parents supported a project and did play with theirs children.

CONCLUSIONS: We believe that is necessary emphasize in different methodologies for reach these peoples with a clear and responsible message.
