BACKGROUND: The question of sex in Africa is a forbidden subject. Love talks is a model of prevention and help as regards reproduction health. Love talks is a model based on the "communication" between "Parents-Children-Teachers"

METHODS: The model starts from the hypothesis that sexual education troubles are not basically due to lack of knowledge, but mainly to problems of "communication". For the project's implementation, 5 round tables of 3 hours each are planned between "Parents-Children-teachers" - In the first stage, general themes that come under sexuality are chosen and dealt with by all the participants. - In the second stage, a programme concerning sexual education is conceived of for the school(or per class); all the groups take part into this project, together with a moderator who has been trained to plan the programme.

RESULTS: - Workshop on HIV/AIDS, AIDS testing, homosexuality... - Pedagogical outing: AIDS prevention department screening, refunding of expenses.

CONCLUSION: The main point of this model consist of prevention that is as exhaustive as possible "beat It-prevent-avoid".
