ISSUES: To promote behaviour changes and sexuals attidudes in adolescent, youngsteer that have sexual relations that diminish the risk of sexual transmission infections and aids. Besiade my proposol is very important to capacity for action of the persons living with HIV/AIDs in the region central of Cuba( Sancti Spiritus).

DESCRIPTION: In sancti spiritus province a group vulnerable have sexual relations was formed, to this group interview, survey and focus groups studies was applied, the educative work was pointed in increasing the level of instruction and creation of abilities that made possible the increment of secure sexual practical or/and protected, in the way these can as real promoters in the community.

ISSUES: The population most afected by this desease can suffer sexual changes of behaviour.with the creation of abilities in the use of condom, the way of having sex protected are getting higher and avoid prejudice in the population. The knowledge about the sexual transmission infection and aids, increase the sensitizing with o+ persons and the risk of perception. Recomendations: With all the work made with these vulnerable group, the medical personal can make sure the existence of equal promoters. We also found out that there consistency between the acctitude regarding the preservative and it's use. I create a favorable climate to sensitize people regarding HIV/AIDs in Cuba and American-Latin too.
