This case was done in Bafoussam Central Prison by Doctor Amougou,MD in charge of western prisons Cameroon.

BACKGROUND: We noticed frequent sighs of immuno depression during our consultation: -Diarrhrea -Weight loss -Atypical mycosis We noticed frequent broncho pneumopathies General OBJECTIVES: reduce increase propagation of the pandemic in prisons Specific objectives -educate prisoners on HIV/AIDS -reduce the rate of homosexuality

METHODS: -health talks -sensitisation with testimonies of persons living with HIV. -consultations at admission and consultation sensitisation

RESULTS: -7% of the persons consulted and tested were HIV positive. -50 health talks were carried out. -65 voluntary testing as against 15 for preceding year.

CONCLUSIONS: Considering the positif importance of this sensitisation in Bafoussam Central Prison,to spread this activity in all the western prisons in particular and of Cameroon in general tums out urgent. -Weight loss -Atypical mycosis We noticed
