ISSUES: Mere negligence is the key role for different ways of HIV/AIDS epidemiology.

DESCRIPTION: Negligence plays a vital role in the HIV/AIDS epidemic from the view pont of literates & illiterates. The HIV/AIDS virus is conquering the world by negligence to practicing of righteous concepts by literates and by negligence to ignorance by illiterates generally. Seashore A project at Chennai revealed that general public exposure to sex-workers at the site of contact, sex is carried out for a meagre sum. The negligence of the authorities to open sex activities is observed. Saloons and Beauty parlors A survey of city & village saloons and beauty parlors reveals malpractices like lack of cleaning, knives, hands, sterilization etc. Use of Alum same alum stone is continuously used with out washing for bleeding. So high chances of HIV/AIDS spread due to ignorance by mere negligence. Lab Technicians During blood test the technician puts the bleeding finger touching the unclean slide. This shows improper aseptic transfer. Private Clinicians Dumping of infected syringes & needles in public dustbins due to lack of infrastructure for 'disposing concept ' are collected by waste dwellers and resold at cheaper rates. Registered Medical Practitioners Were found to be using non-disposable syringes continuously to all patients with improper cleaning or sterilization due to mere negligence. Negligence of demand: Survey of a 'brothel' at Vijayawada, India revealed customer urge for female condoms than male condoms.

ISSUES: The latent HIV/AIDS epidemiological paradox can conquer developing countries like INDIA:

RECOMMENDATIONS: - Alertness in all sectors - Concepts implementation - Popularizing female condoms at subsidized rates - Condom promotion targeting sites.
