The social construction and the history of the AIDS was marked by rigid patriarchal traditions, fomenting prejudice based in the "idea" of death and promiscuity, that has remained until today. That idea contributed violently to the increase of the epidemic disease and putting off the rules of fight against the illness. However, hundreds of people keep suffering and dying because they were not educated on time about the central question: the prevention. The epidemic disease of Aids started in Belo Horizonte in the 1983 and it's the fourth city of the country in number of cases. Untill November of 2001, it had 4011 reported cases. Feeling that the Aids is a problem of all, we believe that a social mobilization is fundamental in order to face the disease. General

OBJECTIVE: To reduce the incidence tax of the STDs/Aids in Belo Horizonte and incorporate the prevention actions in the Public Health Service.

METHODOLOGY: The actions are directed to specific social groups, and they consist of information multiplier workers that belong to that same groups. (people that live the same situations), like this: teenagers working with teenagers, women working with women, homosexuals working with homosexuals, prostitutes working with prostitutes. Others Government Services and Non Government Services Organization participate of the program. Learned Lessons: One year after the casting of the Preventive Program and 3 months of effective work of the information multiplier near the population we learned that the discussions about safe sex are filled of sexual prejudice. The purchase of the condom and its use with partners who are in love need a new approach.

CONCLUSION: We are facing a challenge of developing contents that permit a didactic pedagogic conduction identified with the complexity of the theme. So, the educative process since the childhood is an essential factor.
