ISSUES: Youth perspective. Descripyion: The model is conformed by three phases 1. The workshop Sensitize the Multisectorial Groups on the importance of create coordinate action to the youth population on HIV/AIDS from a Youth perspective and including young people in all the process and conform a working group to facilitate the creation of a Plan of Action to strength the work of the Multisectorial groups focus on young people. 2. The following Build inside each working group the basic concepts to facilitate the construction of a common vision about the reality of the young people. This will bring elements to establish the perspective, from which they will create their Plan of Action. I.Seeing with different eyes the reality of the young people Build inside each working group the basic concepts to facilitate the construction of a common vision about the reality of the young people. This will bring elements to establish the perspective, from which they will create their Plan of Action. II. Plan of Action building Create for the Multisectorial Group a Plan of Action focus on HIV/AID and Young people in accordance with the Youth situation. III. Plan of Action Implementation and monitoring Insure that the Plan of Action is implementing by the Multisectorial Group from a Youth Perspective and give the working group tools to monitor, follow and evaluate these actions
ISSUES: Each Multisectorial Group has its own dynamic and all the actions plan for them should be adapt to it All the members of the working groups should have experience in the work with Young people or in the HIV/AIDS field
RECOMMENDATIONS: Create intra generational and inter generational spaces inside the Multisectorial Groups. Permanent capacity build for all the members of the Multisectorial Groups. Empower the young people inside the Multisectorial Groups and include them in the decision making process
