It especially makes it possible to the PLHA to have access to their treatment for the opportunist infections for free. It is an action which deserves to be perennialized in order to reduce the expenditure out of matters of drugs on the one hand and in health of another share allow all the PLHA to have access to the treatment of the opportunist Infections but also to have access to the HAART at cost reduces even for free.
