ISSUES: News bulletin on VIH and AIDS "Latin America Knows How To speak".

DESCRIPTION: Information, creation of a communication, education and training network based on the experience of developing countries to other countries in the South that may need this information. The psychological and emotional strenghtening, through action, of the HIV/AIDS activists of Latin America. Disseminate in developing countries the knowledge arising from this struggle. Support of the actions taken by the activists of Latin America.

LESSONS LEARNED: By means of a quarterly bulletin mainly published in Europe, information on treatment access activism in Latin America has been disseminated to all the developing world. The strategical use of two languages (Spanish and English) has ensured support and endorse regional actions.

RECOMMENDATIONS: NGOs should take into account the GIPA initative (Greater Involvement of People Living with AIDS) in order to ensure broader participation of people living with HIV/AIDS in information projects.
