Financial Eligibility
  • Income less than 200% of the current Federal Poverty Level.
  • If income is above 200% FPL, a sliding scale co-payment is applied.
  • Health insurance does not cover drugs or co-payment is causing financial hardship.
  • Not enrolled in other insurance programs.
  • Application must be renewed every 6 months.
Medical Eligibility
  • HIV +
  • Legal resident of Guam for no less than one year.
