Financial Eligibility
Medical Eligibility
  • Proof of HIV + status.
Enrollment
  • Must have proof of current Maryland residency.
  • It takes 5-10 business days to process the application form.
  • Recertification is required every six months.
  • Down load an application form here or call Client Services toll-free at 1-800-205-6308.
Pharmacy Any that take medical assistance - most do (over 1200 statewide). Stadtlanders and other mail order OK as long as they have a Maryland provider number.

Other Services Maryland Pharmacy Assistance Program (MPAP)
    MPAP is a State program administered by DHMH Medical Care Policy Administration which provides prescription coverage to low-income Maryland residents who do not qualify for Medicaid. Contact (800) 492-1974 or (410) 767-5394 for more information. MPAP covers "maintenance" medications used to treat many chronic health conditions including HIV-infection.
Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program-Plus (MADAP-Plus) and
Maryland AIDS Insurance Assistance Program (MAIAP)
    MADAP-Plus & MAIAP assist qualified HIV + Maryland residents with the payment of health insurance premiums. Both programs are combined in the same application for ADAP.
