Financial Eligibility
  • Income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level.
  • Not be eligible to receive the needed HIV medications through any other program, private insurance, or other third party payor.
  • Missouri resident.
Medical Eligibility
  • Verified HIV + status.
  • Prescription for a covered drug from a physician.
Enrollment Contact one of the local case management agencies. Individuals that enroll when ADAP is at full capacity will be put on an waiting list.
  • Must be a Missouri resident
  • Not be eligible to receive the needed HIV medications through any other program, private insurance, or other third party payor.
Pharmacy 35 Retail pharmacies throughout the state, mail order also available.
Other Services Additional services provided by the CARE Consortiums include:
  • Primary medical care, physician and lab services
  • Rent and utilities assistance
  • Food and nutritional services
  • Transportation
  • Mental health services
  • Dental services
  • Health insurance continuation payments
Services supported by the Ryan White Title II program vary by consortium region and are subject to change throughout the year.
