Financial Eligibility
  • Income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level.
  • Income limit may be adjusted based on medical expenses incurred.
Medical Eligibility
  • HIV +, or perinatally infected
  • Reside in New Hampshire
  • Not covered by Medicaid
Pharmacy Will enroll any pharmacy client chooses if agreeable. Mail order option also available.
Other Services The Insurance Continuation Program will pay for ADAP eligible clients' insurance premiums, COBRA, deductibles and/or copays.
