  • Income at or below 220% of the current Federal Poverty Level.
  • Applicants not eligible for ADAP will be assessed on a sliding scale.
  • Not eligibile for VI Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid).
  • Not eligibile for Patient Assistance Programs through drug Manufacturers.
Medical Eligibility
  • HIV +
  • Not eligible for VA.
  • No health insurance.
  • Annual recertification required.
