Our Programs:

Case Management
Offers assistance and ongoing support in applying for and obtaining health insurance or access to treatment programs, entitlements such as Medicaid, Family Health Plus, Medicare and ADAP, housing, medical care providers, as well as referrals to other appropriate support and care programs. The Network also provides treatment adherence counseling and support for people taking taking hepatitis and/or HIV drugs, all in the context of a well planned Treatment and Service Plan.

Treatment Access and Advocacy
Available to individuals, clinicians and service providers by phone, fax, e-mail and at http://www.atdn.org/access/index.html, The Access Project provides state by state information on available treatments and services for AIDS, HIV-related conditions and symptoms, and Hepatitis through Drug Assistance Programs (such as ADAP), Medicaid and/or pharmaceutical sponsored access programs.

Treatment Information, Education and Counseling
The Network gathers important treatment information from a wide range of sources and compiles it into easy-to-read print and web-based materials in English and Spanish. Information includes helpful details on the use and benefits of, as well as the side effects associated with, HIV and hepatitis treatments, specific HIV treatment combinations and drug interactions, and other important safety information.
